Combine with an Internet Explorer image to disable Enhanced Security Configuration mode:

# Use with the latest Internet Explorer
turbo run microsoft/ie,turbobuild/disable-ie-enhanced-security

# Use with a specific Internet Explorer version
turbo run microsoft/ie:9,turbobuild/disable-ie-enhanced-security
