Isolate Chrome User Data (Full)

Description

Sets the isolation of the Google Chrome User Data folder to Full, allowing a Chrome instance to start in a container while a native instance is running. Also isolates the Chrome_MessageWindow to prevent native applications from sending messages to the container instance.
