Isolate Edge User Data (Write-Copy)

Sets the isolation of the Microsoft Edge User Data folder to Write-Copy, allowing an Edge instance to start in a container while a native instance is running. Isolates the Chrome_MessageWindow to prevent native applications from sending messages to the container instance. Disables the BackgroundModeEnabled and StartupBoostEnabled settings to prevent Edge from running in the background.
